Hardware Refunds

Return UAV Mate hardware within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the unit is in original condition and packaging.

PPP Subscription Refunds

PPP Annual:

Full refund if requested within 30 days
After 30 days, no partial refunds for remaining period

Bundle:

30-day money-back guarantee on the full bundle
Return hardware and receive a complete refund
After 30 days, individual policies apply

Exceptions

Hardware showing physical damage, unauthorised modification, or water damage beyond IP68 spec
Returns initiated after the 30-day period (unless required by law)

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
